convert INABIAF headers in README.md to a Jargon File quote
We introduce a bit of fun, while specifying that something is "supposed to happen". NOTE: There is no need to change the INABIAF STATUS. The use there is perfectly fine.

### INABIAF - it's not a bug it's a feature! :-)
After a very large number of moves this program will deliberately force itself
to destroy its runtime stack. This is the author's way to prevent you from being
frustrated (which might happen as it likes to create unsolvable puzzles just to
hook you) and spending too much time playing. :-)
This is supposed to happen. As is written in the
[The Jargon File](http://catb.org/jargon/html/F/feature.html):
```
That's not a bug, that's a feature.
```
If you want to see this in action you can easily do this with the alt version:
```sh
