That is to say I removed the 'int' from the variables and added to the
Makefile -Wno-implicit-int instead. The newline added by the judges is
still there, however.
Fixed formatting in README.md.
Add alt code based on authors' suggestion except that the string
replacement was not done because it seems like the output would be not
better but worse. There's a joke in the alternate code section of the
README.md file.
Added Makefiles for 1990 entries.
In a some cases the source code was modified.

In some cases the program still cannot be compiled.
We we move 1988-2004 entries from all of a year's winning entries
in a single directory to each winner being in their own sub-directory
under the given year directory.
