With Go 1.26 now released, this bumps the minimum required Go version
from 1.24.11 to 1.25.5 across all go.mod files and updates the
installation documentation with the correct download links and SHA256
hashes for Go 1.25.5 binaries.
The build system (Dockerfiles, Makefile, CI) was already using Go 1.25.5,
so this change aligns the go.mod minimum version to match.
To include the update to the musig2 Session which allows the aggregate
nonce for the session to be registered instead of requiring the
individual nonces to be registered.
In this commit, we introduce a new utility function `Collect` to the fn
package. This function drains all elements from an iterator and returns
them as a slice. This is particularly useful when transitioning from
iterator-based APIs to code that expects slices, allowing for gradual
migration to the new iterator patterns.
The fn module's go.mod is also updated to require Go 1.23, which is
necessary for the built-in iter.Seq type support.
The replace directive will be removed once the fn package changes are
merged and a new version is tagged.
Version v1.4.3 has some important bugfixes. We bump both version
in the same go so we do not need to tag the kvdb package and the
latest version of will be used.
Replace all usages of the "github.com/go-errors/errors" and
"github.com/pkg/errors" packages with the standard lib's "errors"
package. This ensures that error wrapping and `errors.Is` checks will
work as expected.
Also add a temporariy replace to the tlv package which can be removed as
soon as the PR that includes this commit is merged and a new tag for the
tlv package has been created.
Update the test methods to take a `testing.TB` param instead of a
`*testing.T` so that the test functions can be used for all the graph's
tests including benchmark tests.
We also add a temporary replace so that we can make use of these changes
and also since we will soon be adding graph related schemas and queries
in this submodule that we'll want to have access to.
In this commit, we update the `tlv` package version which includes type
constraints on the `tlv.SizeBigSize` method parameter. This exposes a
bug in the MilliSatoshi Record method which is fixed here.
This was not caught in tests before since currently only
our TLV encoding code makes use of this SizeFunc (so we would write 0
size to disk) but then when we read the bytes from disk and decode, we
dont use the SizeFunc and our MilliSatoshi decode method makes direct
use of the `tlv.DBigSize` function which _currently does not make use of
the `l` length variable passed to it_. So it currently does correctly
read the data.
