This adds a field for specifying the macaroon root key to use during the
wallet initialization process instead of having lnd generate a random
macaroon root key itself.
This updates the list of tags used for `release` builds in the release
documentation. `peersrpc`, `kvdb_postgres`, and `kvdb_etcd` are now
automatically included in `make release` or `make release-install`
builds.
This adds a list of tags that can be used when building or installing
lnd from source. Links to relevant code, protobuf definitions, or
documentation are included to illustrate the purpose of each tag.
Closes#3598.
This updates the description that is provided for `lncli state` to match
the states that are currently returned by lnd. `RPC_READY` no longer
exists and is replaced by `RPC_ACTIVE` with a revised description, and
`SERVER_ACTIVE` is added as the status that indicates lnd is fully
ready to accept RPC calls.

This sets the `CustomCaveatCondition` value on rpc middleware requests
if one exists. Previously, this value was always blank even if the
macaroon had a value set for its custom caveat condition.
This adds a `GetCustomCaveatCondition` function that returns the custom
caveat condition for a given macaroon and caveat name. Previously there
was no function for getting the custom caveat condition from a macaroon,
only for setting one.
This clarifies the usage of the `externalhosts` option and brings its
documentation in line with similar options such as `externalip`.
