Oliver Gugger a074c801d1 GitHub: add job ID to cache key 
To avoid the problem where multiple jobs try to create the same cache
entry, we add the GitHub job ID to the cache key.
The two restore keys make it possible that a job can also restore a
cache entry from another job if none for the current job exist yet.

Oliver Gugger 984fc3a2ec GitHub: make setup-go action more versatile 
With this commit we allow the Go version that is set up to be
configurable and not dependent on a specific environment variable. This
will allow us to eventually extract the action into a tooling
repository.

Oliver Gugger c4ca7b99e2 GitHub: remove Go env variable override 
For some reason we used to override the GOCACHE and GOPATH variables
earlier. This now causes the updated cache action not to pick up any
caches. As the overrides shouldn't be needed anymore, we remove them.

Oliver Gugger ad0dbb1c15 walletunlocker: re-create loader after unloading wallet 
Because the wallet loader sets its internal database reference to nil
when unloading a wallet, it cannot be loaded again in case of a remote
DB such as etcd or postgres. To avoid running into a nil pointer panic
we just re-create the loader as well before opening the wallet.

Oliver Gugger 2221d0ccb1 lntest+lntemp: add itest case for wallet rescan problem 
In this commit we add a test that demonstrates the problem of ghost
UTXOs lingering in the wallet after a re-scan, even if they were spent.

NOTE: This test shows the incorrect behavior and will be adjusted in a
follow-up commit to show the correct behavior after patching the
btcwallet version.

Oliver Gugger ad8e25cbc9 multi: don't access loop variables in goroutines 
This commit makes sure that no loop variables or other temporary
variables are accessed directly in a goroutine but are instead passed
into the goroutine through a parameter. This makes sure a copy of the
value is put on the stack and is not changed while the outside loop
continues.

Oliver Gugger 5bd3e91750 rpcwallet: pass prev output fetcher into ComputeInputScript 
This commit fixes signing of Taproot inputs when some of the other
inputs of the transaction are not known to the wallet (such as a Pool
account for example).
If we want to sign for a Taproot (change) input when depositing into a
Pool account the wallet won't know the Pool account input. So we need to
make sure we pass it along inside the PrevOutputFetcher (which contains
the UTXO information extracted from the PSBT).

Oliver Gugger ed2e542515 rpcwallet: don't re-use sign desc in loop 
This commit fixes an issue with signing for mixed inputs in a remote
signing setup where the re-use of the sign descriptor would lead to the
sign method not being reset correctly if a p2wkh input is following a
p2tr input.
