Olaoluwa Osuntokun 81f6b4dcfe invoices: add String() method to failure resolution outcome 
In this commit, we add a String() method to the failure resolution
outcome. Without this, logs aren't very useful as the integer version of
the outcome is printed rather than the description.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun 43a355321f lncfg: split off protocol options into normal and legacy, normal reqs no build tag 
In this commit, we split off the protocol options into a normal and
legacy sub-config. The legacy sub-config protected by a built tag, and
will only be populated if thet tag is set. Legacy options now have a
`legacy` prefix. So `--protocol.legacyonion` is now `--protocol.onion`,
and `--protocol.committweak`, is now `--protocol.legacy.committweak`.

We also create a new experimental protocol feature sub-config for newer
features that may not yet been fully complete, so they require a build
tag.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun c58be5625d chanbackup: always close SCB file after reading 
In this commit, we fix a bug introduced with the recent bug fix for SCB
state+fail combination. On windwos a rename operation will fail is the
fail one is attempting to rename is still open. Therefore we need to
close the file after we read the contents, to ensure the follow up
rename operations once the channel state changes will succeed. We do
this by using `ioutil.ReadFile`, which will always clsoe the file after
reading.

Fixes #4450.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun ba3688c3b9 netann: add new HostAnnouncer to support dynamic IPs via domains 
In this commit, we add a new sub-system, then `HostAnnouncer` which
allows a users without a static IP address to ensure that lnd always
announces the most up to date address based on a domain name. A new
command line flag `--external-hosts` has been added which allows a user
to specify one or most hosts that should be periodically resolved to
update any advertised IPs the node has.

Fixes #1624.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun 496e29d02e chanbackup: refuse to start the SubSwapper if we can't read the SCB file 
In this commit, we add an additional defense against starting up with an
invalid SCB state. With this commit, we'll now fail to start up if we're
unable to update or read the existing SCB state from disk. This will
prevent an lnd node from starting up with an invalid SCB file, an SCB
file it can't decrypt, or an SCB left over from another node.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun fc65c9b2cc chanbackup: always combine new backup data w/ on-disk state 
In this commit, we fix a bug that could possibly cause a user's on disk
back up file to be wiped out, if they ever started _another_ lnd node
with different channel state. To remedy this, before we swap out the
channel state with what's on disk, we'll first read out the contents of
the on-disk SCB file and _combine_ that with what we have in memory.

Fixes #4377

In this commit, we fix a regression in our DB open time logging that was
introduced in #4015. Obtaining the target backend from the configuration
will actually also open the database, so we need to include that in the time
delta as well.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun 352d45a11e cmd/lncli: remove usage of Millisecond() for Go 1.12 
The new table format for the pay command started to use the
`Millisecond()` method on `time.Duration`. However, this method was only
added in Go 1.13, so this breaks the build for Go 1.12. We replace this
by manual division. `time.Duration` "natively" is in nanoseconds, so we
covert to milli seconds by dividing my `time.Millisecond`, which is
1,000,000.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun cc1dbb5677 channeldb: eliminate extra copy in QueryPayments 
In this commit, we eliminate an extraneous copy in the `QueryPayments`
method. Before this commit, we would copy each payment from the initial
FetchPayments call into a new slice. However, pointers to payments are
return from `FetchPayments`, so we can just maintain that same reference
rather than copying again when we want to limit our response.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun 1e51ec0a2d lnrpc/invoicesrpc: clamp down on max invoice size 
In this commit, we move to clamp down somewhat on the max invoice size
after the limit was removed as part of the mpp changes. In #4210, it was
reported that a value of -1, would underflow and end up as 18 million
BTC, which would trip checks w.r.t the max expressible value in mSAT.
In this commit, we clamp things down to 100k BTC, which should be more
than enough for anybody.

Fixes #4210.
