We toned down the FAQ 0.1 entry, referring instead to
_frequently submitted_ themes and providing suggestions
to those who wish to try and submit such entries.

The "Jump to top" in the inventory section of an entry index.html file
now is below the secondary file list, with a short line above it.

We have checked all constructed HTML files for Nu HTML check
errors, warnings and info notices. We have fixed / eliminated
all the problems we have found.

TODO: As one if the final TODO steps when completing
the **Great Fork Merge**, we need to retest all constructed
HTML files.
The `1992/buzzard.2/buzzard.2.README.md` has been improved
so that links to files that is referenced are
directed to the proper web pages (web site or GitHub).
Links in `1992/buzzard.2/buzzard.2.README.md` markdown
files have been changed to the generated HTML files.

that are processed by `bin/md2html.sh`.
Substitutions of and **%%TOKEN%%** are performed on included HTML
content, content generated by the ‘before tool’ (-b tool), content
generated by the ‘after tool’ (-a tool), as well as the markdown
content given to the pandoc wrapper tool (-p tool).
It is an error, unless -S is given, for any phase, except HTML phases
20-29, to not substitute all **%%TOKEN%%**'s. For HTML phases 20-29, any
**%%TOKEN%%** that is not substituted are passed thru without substitution.
Update `bin/index.html` to clarify

Fix the _BEFORE: 1st line of markdown file_ and _AFTER: last line
of markdown file_ HTML comments so that the true markdown file
source (not some temporary file) is identified. This prevents

due to different temporary files being used on each run.

image size by a factor for 2. There is **NO** need to downsize the image
as this image size reduction produces a clean and sharp looking image.

Please do not use "**---**" in markdown lines to separate sections.
This causes `pandoc(1)` to generate "**\<hr />**".
The "**\<hr />**" has no effect in standard HTML 5 and interacts

If a short line is needed, use: "**\<hr

We remove what was mistaken for a markdown checkbox
by playing `1991/ant/README.md` instructions
into a code block.

We added a checkmark all narbar's that has the make effect of
clicking on the **Nu HTML check this web page** link at the very
bottom. This makes it much more convenient when one needs
to quickly check the HTML of a number of web pages.

The contents of `status.json` is now indented when
forming `status.html.

In cases that are **outside of a markdown code block**,
a markdown line with ending in a tailing "\" can generate
problematic HTML.
We certain trailing backslashes outside of a markdown code block
with "<br>" HTML elements, or in some cases eliminated the
need for a trailing backslash.
In a few cases some unnecessary trailing backslashes inside
of a markdown code block were removed.
